CA Solutions LLC Effective Date: February 19, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") dictates how CA Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, utilizes, safeguards, and disseminates information gathered from users ("User," "Client," "you," or "your") of our website and all associated artificial intelligence and digitalization services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Data Collection Provisions

2.1. Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We may collect PII, including but not limited to, names, corporate email addresses, phone numbers, and billing information when Clients willfully register for our Services or execute a Master Service Agreement (MSA).

2.2. Proprietary Input Data: In the course of rendering Services, we collect text, documentation, databases, and proprietary workflows submitted by the Client ("Input Data") for the express purpose of processing through Large Language Models (LLMs) and custom AI agents.

2.3. Automated Usage Metadata: We automatically compile metadata concerning your interaction with our Services, including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser telemetry, and API call frequency.

3. Data Utilization and Processing

The Company strictly utilizes collected data to: (a) Provision, sustain, and optimize the Services; (b) Execute contractual obligations as defined in individualized Statements of Work (SOW); (c) Facilitate billing and administrative communications.

The Company explicitly prohibits the use of Client Input Data for the generalized training or fine-tuning of foundational AI models unless express, written authorization is granted by the Client.

4. Third-Party Disclosure and Sub-Processors

The Company employs third-party infrastructure and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), including but not limited to Google Cloud and associated AI services. By utilizing our Services, the Client acknowledges that Input Data may be routed through these third-party sub-processors. The Company does not sell, lease, or syndicate PII to unauthorized third parties.

5. Data Security and Retention

The Company deploys commercially reasonable cryptographic protocols to secure data in transit and at rest. Notwithstanding these measures, the Company cannot guarantee absolute digital security. Clients assume the risk of data transmission.
